The council and universities in Leeds are urging the city’s 50,000 students and their landlords to be good neighbours during the summer changeover period.

Leeds City Council has issued a warning to dog owners, after a woman from Leeds was hit with a £5000 fine, relating to five offences for dog fouling and five offences for not keeping her dog on a lead.
